Return Policy

While prioritizing customer satisfaction, certain return conditions apply due to the nature of our products.

Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for the products you purchased.

Non-Returnable Products
Returns of the following products are strictly not accepted:
Products with opened packaging
Products that have been used or show signs of use
Products that come into contact with the skin and fall under the hygiene category
(e.g., insoles, hair clips, combs, underwear, socks, and similar personal use products)
Products not suitable for resale

Return Conditions
Products accepted for return must be:
In their original packaging,
Complete,
Undamaged, and unused.
No return or refund will be processed for products that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process
To create a return request, you must contact us via email. After your request is reviewed, you will be provided with the necessary instructions.

Exceptional Circumstances – Incorrect or Faulty Product Delivery
In cases of errors on our part, such as:
Incorrect product delivery,
Delivery of damaged, defective, or faulty products,
returns and exchanges are accepted even if the product has come into contact with the skin or falls under the hygiene category.
In such cases, you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery date at the latest. After review, the necessary guidance will be provided.

Refund
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7–14 business days after the product reaches us, using the same payment method you used.
